Restorative Yoga is to relax your mind and body. We practice all poses seated and maintain each pose about 5   minutes. Your body is supported by props during the pose, so you can totally relax. If you do not have props, no worry.  You can use 2 pillows for bolster, belt for strap, shoe box staffed with tee shirts for yoga block and wall/dining chair or couch. Whatever you have at home, you can use them.
